Mental health challenges account for more than half of all work-related illnesses. One in five UK workers reported feeling unable to manage stress and pressure in the workplace. Deloitte reported that 64% of managers have considered quitting for a job that would better support their wellbeing.

Any one or a selection of workplace wellbeing services can be booked, alternatively bespoke workplace wellbeing workshops can be designed to service specific needs.

Communication & Emotional Awareness, Stress & Change Management - Using psychological tools, your team can learn more about themselves and the way they interact with others. This is combined with Stress and Change management information to help employees recognize and manage stress, plus embrace change in a positive way - 2 Hours

Psychological Safety workshop - Create an environment where people can ask questions, share ideas, voice concerns and take risks without fear of shame - 2 Hours

Leading with Empathy - How to work using empathy and compassion to create a positive supportive environment in the workplace - 2 Hours

Confidence Building (Currently in Development - Available Soon) - A full day workshop empowering people to take control of negative thoughts about themselves and replace them with more positive thoughts. Learning more about themselves and the way they interact with others. Discovering fears and blockers that prevent people from feeling confident.

Company Counselling - Offering your employees 1-1 counselling when they need it most can be an important form of support to help them through difficult times or manage stress and anxiety - Bespoke Counselling Packages available on request.
