Co-Founder Alignment workshop:

I work with co-founders, business partners and team-mates who want to ensure their relationship is in the most productive place possible. Even the best working relationships could benefit from an outside perspective to help them explore the thoughts, feelings, opportunities and challenges that come from two people navigating towards common goals.

This session uses a series of questions and exercises to increase collaboration, challenge assumptions and preempt potential issues. 

This session is 2.5 hours. This can be online or in-person.
