Co-Founder Alignment and Career Counselling

Co-Founder Alignment session:

I counsel co-founders, business partners and team-mates who want to ensure their relationship is in the best place possible. Even the best working relationships could benefit from an outside perspective to help them explore the thoughts, feelings, opportunities and challenges that come from two people navigating towards common goals.

This session uses a series of questions to increase collaboration, challenge assumptions and preempt potential issues. 

This session is 90 minutes.
